A contract shall exist between Vert et Blanc and the client once receipt of deposit / payment in full has been received and Vert et Blanc has issued confirmation of booking. The contract is subject to French Law.
By You:
More than 56 days prior to the start of your holiday loss of your deposit
56-29 days 50% of the value of your holiday
28-15 days 70% of the value of your holiday
Less than 15 days the full value of your holiday
By Us:
In the unlikely event that we should need to cancel your holiday we will either provide you with a full refund or rebook your holiday for an additional date refunding you any difference in price
Unless otherwise agreed by special arrangements all holidays run from Saturday to Saturday. Your rooms will be ready of occupation from 4pm and you will be expected to vacate your room by 11.00am on your date of departure
You will be expected to take out relevant holiday insurance cover for all members of your party for the duration of your stay with us this should include your possession, health insurance, ski Insurance and off piste insurance if appropriate.
We are neither insured or qualified to instruct or guide parties, if you ski with any representative of our company you do so at your own risk, we will not take responsibility for any injuries however caused. At all times clients must use their own judgement based upon their ability. We recommend the use of a qualified mountain guide for off piste skiing.
The chalet vehicles are a gratuitous service provided to our clients, every endeavour will be made to insure the continued running of these vehicles, however in the event of break down, illness or bad weather this cannot be guaranteed and Vert et Blanc will be under no obligation to provide free alternative transport. Clients travelling in Vert et Blanc vehicles do so at their own risk. Parents are asked to supply and fit car seats for small children where required.
Should you have any amendments to your requirements please advise in writing as soon as possible, any reduction in numbers will be treated in line with our cancellation policy. We will confirm the new arrangements to you in writing as soon as possible.
